Professionally and phylosophically none of us codes alone, open source free software can be modified accordingly to fit our needs as long as we document it in the GNU-GPL (General Public License.) Although we are currently updating our phpapplications and while some links may not be accessable we hope you will enjoy your stay and visit us again in the future. Our site is new and presently undergoing construction with a goal of being 100% functional within 2 months.
The phpapplications which are available for download are currently installed and fully functional, tested and deployed phpapplications. Manual installation is required for most of these and a SSL to decrease the possiblity of "cracking" your web site
by uploading malacious files into your auction, content management system , blog, gallery, etc.

This may be a problem with the files being misinterpeted by the server setup or corrupt on download which may require several attempts downloading a phpapplication. In some instances the SQL file(s) packaged in the zip file data folder are saved in a text ".txt" extension. This requires you to save these files over again in unicode(UTF-8) .sql extension before the installer will proceed. Careful note should be taken in reading the install documents and ReadMe information.
